Employee InformationOrganizations determine what employee information is entered into ClearFollow.Employees should contact their organization—not ClearFollow—regarding requests to correct, modify, or remove organization-managed information.4. 5. Artificial Intelligence FeaturesClearFollow may provide AI-powered features that generate summaries, follow-up recommendations, task suggestions, accountability insights, and other productivity assistance.To provide these features, selected information that you choose to process through AI features may be transmitted to trusted third-party AI providers.AI-generated content is intended solely to assist users.Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving AI-generated content before relying upon it.We do not use Customer Data to train public AI models unless specifically disclosed and authorized.6. Google Workspace and Calendar API DataClearFollow's Google Calendar integration uses Google Calendar API data only to provide calendar connection and synchronization features requested by the user.ClearFollow does not send Google Workspace API data to OpenAI or any other third-party AI provider.ClearFollow does not use Google Workspace API data to train, improve, or develop generalized AI/ML models.ClearFollow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.7. Third-Party Service ProvidersWe use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service.These providers may include services for:Authentication

ClearFollow Terms of ServiceWelcome to ClearFollow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClearFollow platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).ClearFollow is operated by Emplify Systems LLC.By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.1. About ClearFollowClearFollow is a team management and follow-through platform that helps organizations manage tasks, meetings, follow-ups, schedules, time-off requests, employee information, and related team activities.ClearFollow is intended to support organizational accountability and follow-through. It does not replace professional judgment, employment policies, legal guidance, human-resources advice, or management decision-making.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.If you create an account or use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.3. Account ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for:* Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
* All activity occurring under your account;
* Providing accurate and current information;
* Ensuring that only authorized users access your organization’s account; and
* Promptly notifying ClearFollow of any unauthorized access or security concern.You are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, and access within your organization.4. Customer DataYour organization retains ownership of the data submitted to ClearFollow, including employee information, tasks, meetings, notes, schedules, time-off requests, and related content (“Customer Data”).ClearFollow does not claim ownership of Customer Data.You grant Emplify Systems LLC a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Data solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service.You are responsible for ensuring that your organization has the right to upload, enter, and process Customer Data through the Service.5. Employee and Workplace InformationClearFollow may be used to store or manage workplace-related information. Your organization remains responsible for complying with all employment, labor, privacy, recordkeeping, and workplace laws that may apply to your use of the Service.ClearFollow does not make employment, payroll, disciplinary, scheduling, legal, compliance, human-resources, or management decisions on behalf of customers.6. Artificial Intelligence FeaturesClearFollow may include AI-powered features designed to assist users with productivity, follow-up recommendations, meeting summaries, task suggestions, accountability insights, and related workflow support.AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation.You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before relying on it or taking action.AI-generated content should not be treated as legal, financial, employment, human-resources, medical, compliance, or professional advice.Emplify Systems LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:* Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
* Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
* Interfere with or disrupt operation of the Service;
* Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the Service;
* Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission;
* Use the Service to violate another person’s privacy or legal rights; or
* Enter content that you do not have the right to use or process.8. Intellectual PropertyThe ClearFollow Service, including its software, user interface, workflows, features, designs, documentation, graphics, branding, and related content, is owned by Emplify Systems LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.ClearFollow and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Emplify Systems LLC or are the subject of trademark applications. Unauthorized use of the ClearFollow name or branding is prohibited.Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with prior written permission from Emplify Systems LLC.9. FeedbackWe welcome suggestions, ideas, comments, and feedback about ClearFollow.If you provide feedback, you agree that Emplify Systems LLC may use, modify, incorporate, develop, and implement that feedback without restriction and without an obligation to compensate you.10. Subscription PlansCertain features may require a paid subscription.Subscription plans, pricing, employee limits, usage limits, features, and availability may change from time to time.Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:* Paid subscriptions renew automatically;
* Charges are billed in advance;
* Users may cancel before the next billing cycle; and
* Access to certain features may depend on the selected plan.Details applicable to a paid purchase will be presented before checkout is completed.11. Free TrialsClearFollow may offer free trials.At the end of a trial period, continued use of the Service may require a paid subscription.Any trial terms, including whether payment information is required or whether a subscription may renew automatically, will be clearly presented before the trial begins.12. Founding Beta ProgramIf you participate as a Founding Beta Organization, you acknowledge that the Service may be in a pre-release or limited-release stage.Beta features may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, performance issues, or unexpected behavior.During beta, ClearFollow may modify, add, remove, or change features as part of testing and product improvement.Founding Beta access is complimentary for the stated beta period. No payment card is required to participate in the Founding Beta.At the end of the Founding Beta period, your organization will not automatically be enrolled in a paid subscription and will not be charged automatically. If your organization wishes to continue using paid ClearFollow features after beta, the organization owner must select a plan and complete checkout.Your participation may also be governed by a separate Beta Participation Agreement or Founding Beta Organization terms.13. Third-Party ServicesClearFollow may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, email, storage, AI functionality, and other operational services.Your use of certain features may also be subject to third-party terms, including payment-processor terms where applicable.Emplify Systems LLC is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, changes, or failures outside its reasonable control.14. Service AvailabilityClearFollow strives to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.Maintenance, updates, outages, security events, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.15. SecurityClearFollow uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Data.However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.You are responsible for maintaining secure account credentials, managing user access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.## 16. Changes to the ServiceWe may modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of the Service at any time.We may also update features, workflows, plans, limits, or integrations as ClearFollow evolves.17. TerminationYou may stop using the Service at any time.Emplify Systems LLC may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, misuse the Service, create security risks, or use the Service in a way that may harm ClearFollow, other users, or third parties.18. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPLIFY SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.19. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPLIFY SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPLIFY SYSTEMS LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.20. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emplify Systems LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.21. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.22.
